This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our radio stream and associated mobile applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling any data in an open and transparent manner.
General — Radio Stream
When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP address, it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable.
This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.
iOS Apps
The Real Country Revival iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.
We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other personal data through the iOS App.
Android Apps
The Real Country Revival Android App does not collect any user data during use.
In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the ‘state’ of the phone App (Idle, In Call, Call Ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or personal data from your calls.
The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is solely to store its configuration for faster launch times. No personal data is stored or transmitted as part of this process.

We take the security of any data associated with your use of our services seriously. All data handling is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
